The field of heart failure in pediatric populations has perhaps recently initiated more registries and clinical trials than previously. This age group has special concerns and particularities regarding their clinical picture and management. Therefore, multiple disciplines have been involved in the management of heart failure in this age group.

In this e-book, we described the pathophysiology, classification and clinical data of heart failure with special concern in pediatric populations. We emphasized on a special group of infants with congenital heart disease with all aspects concerning their diagnosis and management.

We displayed different modes of imaging diagnosis for heart failure then concentrated on one of the most important investigations as myocardial biopsy.

In this book, we described the detailed radiological and imaging investigations for heart failure in general; however we spoke about the investigation of certain pediatric and congenital heart disease within their chapters. This attittude was decided to broaden the scope of target audience and help the readers to discover all about the field of heart failure investigations.
