Yes, once the proposal has been peer reviewed (by neutral experts in the subject field) and accepted for publication, a publishing contract is signed by editor(s)/author(s) and the publisher. The publishing contract contains details such as Book title, submission date, submission guidelines, royalties, author entitlements, etc.
