The program “Masters in Organizational Management” provides students with the appropriate tools aiming to increase the organization’s profit and to continuously improve efficiency at work. The author of this book acquired valuable management skills via his study in the Masters in Organizational Management program at the University of Quebec at Chicoutimi. He will provide his developed experiences in his intervention for the two companies in Lebanon throughout this book.
